BCA Section J reports required for any development application
National Construction Code (NCC) 2019 Volume 1 by Building Codes of Australia (BCA) sets out energy efficiency requirements for Class 3-9 buildings. These requirements are outlined under Section J of NCC2019 Volume 1. NCC 2019 is enforced across Australia and therefore, any new development or significant renovation need to present Section J report as a part of their Development Application for approval purposes.
